Career development path Responsibilities: Provide personalized skincare product advice tailored to each client’s needs. Manage orders, exchanges, returns, and operational inquiries. Conduct post-sales follow-up to encourage repurchase and customer loyalty. Record interactions and sales in CRM or assigned tools. You Are the Ideal Candidate If: You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales You have interest in and/or knowledge of the beauty + skincare industry Previous experience in this sector is desirable Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
