We seek proactive individuals with a commercial mindset, results-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm to grow in the fields of sales and customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Contact and follow up with prospective and existing customers. * Provide sales support and commercial advice throughout the entire sales process. * Meet established sales metrics and targets. * Manage and update the customer portfolio. * Maintain accurate sales records and up-to-date information. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and/or customer service (preferred). * Availability to work in La Molina. * Morning or afternoon shift, by choice. * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile. * Interest in professional development. **Benefits:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. * Base salary: S/1200 + commissions in USD (average 300–1,000 USD) * Timely payments. * Positive work environment, growth opportunities, and professional development. * Job stability.
