Support in improving sales processes A calibration specialist company is currently seeking an INSIDE SALES representative for its San Luis office. **Requirements** * Basic education; completed or ongoing technical and/or university studies. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service or sales. * User-level computer skills. * Basic English proficiency (desirable). * Results-oriented. * Oriented toward internal and external customers. **Responsibilities**: * Identify deviations in the Management System or in procedures related to sales process activities. * Support implementation of actions to prevent or minimize identified deviations. * Report any improvement needs to the Commercial Manager. * Achieve the sales objectives and targets assigned to the Commercial Department by the Company. * Manage the customer portfolio assigned by the Company. * Conduct and execute customer prospecting as established by the Commercial Manager. * Comply with the sales process. * Receive customer requests; verify their feasibility. \- Issue quotations to customers, with the Commercial Manager's approval (V°B°). * Receive customer authorization (purchase orders, contracts, emails), validating against the quotation, among other duties.
