Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare daily reports, register information on platforms, and escalate cases, contributing to operational efficiency in telecommunications. We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Preparing daily reports on scheduled calls, failed calls, pending troubleshooting cases handled, total for the day, and subtotals per scheduling staff member. * Preparing reports on available OIT lists for daily service, categorized by installation type. * Accurately registering all information on Entel’s designated platforms and drives. * Ensuring scheduling-related information remains up-to-date. * Escalating individual cases by requesting first-level validation from the Entel Coordinator and escalating to commercial departments for proper scheduling resolution. * Performing other duties assigned by your supervisor. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum academic qualification: Completed secondary education / incomplete technical or university degree * Experience: 6 months to 1 year handling inbound and outbound calls (ATC) * Monday to Sunday (1 rotating day off) \- 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (rotating shift schedule) * Work availability: On-site (areas near Miraflores) **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, CTS, vacation, ESSALUD, and mandatory life insurance). * Full-time salary: S/1300 * Productivity bonus * Punctuality bonus * Retention bonus * Training programs to enhance your skills. * Career path. * Access to corporate agreements offering exclusive discounts.
