Conducts operational follow-up and coordinates payments with suppliers At Carga Compartida, we continue growing and are looking to hire an Operations and Imports Specialist to manage and monitor international import processes while maintaining close and efficient communication with our clients. We seek organized, solution-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy working in a dynamic environment handling multiple simultaneous operations. **Requirements:** * Graduate in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding agencies, imports, or international logistics. * Knowledge of basic import documentation and procedures. * Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships. * Efficient organization and follow-up on multiple operations. * Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented profile. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct operational follow-up of international imports. * Keep clients informed about the progress of their operations and shipments. * Coordinate payments and purchase order tracking with foreign suppliers. * Manage cargo entry and receipt at the origin warehouse. * Review documentation for accurate customs declaration. * Monitor operational timelines and adherence to schedules. * Coordinate continuously with internal departments such as sales, customs, and warehousing. * Provide support and client service throughout the logistics process. **Conditions:** * Base salary: S/ 1,700 \+ performance-based commissions. * Hybrid work mode. * Contract by hours (RxH) during the initial period, followed by formal payroll enrollment. * Full-time position.
