**POWER TECHNICIAN – CORE SERVICES** **Job Objective**
**Main Responsibilities** **Operation and Maintenance**
* Execute operation and maintenance activities for critical power equipment installed in data centers and critical infrastructure.
* Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in accordance with established maintenance procedures and plans.
* Conduct diagnostic, troubleshooting, and failure analysis activities on power equipment.
* Carry out startup, commissioning, technical inspections, and supervision of specialized work.
* Contribute to improving equipment availability and reliability by identifying and implementing proactive actions.
**Service Delivery**
* Execute assigned technical activities according to customer requirements and company guidelines.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and scheduled services within defined response timeframes.
* Participate in on-call shifts to address emergencies for customers under active contracts.
* Lead execution of assigned technical work from planning through service closure.
* Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and minimize operational impact on customer systems.
**Documentation and Reporting**
* Prepare technical reports, service reports, and job closure documentation.
* Contribute to the development and updating of operational procedures:
+ **MOP (Method of Procedure)**
+ **SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)**
+ **EOP (Emergency Operating Procedure)**
* Record technical information clearly, accurately, and traceably.
**Customer Interaction**
* Provide technical support and specialized advisory during service execution.
* Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
* Address customer requests professionally and with a service-oriented approach.
* Contribute to customer satisfaction through safe and efficient execution of assigned tasks.
**Safety and Compliance**
* Comply with all safety procedures established by the company.
* Identify and report unsafe conditions or potential operational risks.
* Correctly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each activity.
* Maintain assigned PPE and tools in good condition.
* Arrive at the designated location, date, and time with the necessary tools and resources for service execution.
**Requirements** **Academic Qualifications**
* Certified Technician in:
+ Industrial Electricity
+ Electrotechnology
+ Industrial Electronics
+ Related disciplines
**Experience**
* Minimum desirable experience of **5 years** in maintenance and operation services for critical infrastructure, data centers, telecommunications, or power systems.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Maintenance, operation, and switching of critical power equipment:
+ Single-phase and three-phase UPS systems.
+ Rectifiers and inverters.
+ STS (Static Transfer Switch).
+ TTA (Automatic Transfer Panels).
+ VRLA and Lithium battery banks.
+ Low-voltage electrical distribution systems.
+ Monitoring systems.
* Reading and interpretation of:
+ Electrical schematics.
+ Single-line diagrams.
+ Control diagrams.
* Diagnosis and resolution of faults in critical electrical systems.
* Preparation of technical reports and service reports.
* Use of electrical measurement instruments and specialized testing tools.
