Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Mission: Provide support in executing programs and projects by developing new software solutions that form the foundation of the Factory to which the role belongs. Responsibilities: * Facilitate Project Refinement meetings, supporting the Scrum Master, Tech Leader, and Product Owners in addressing MVPs according to guidelines defined by SDA and CEA. * Receive the project scope transferred from refinement activities to register commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter. * Prepare, execute, and document test cases in accordance with the project’s functional and technical requirements, and provide support for deploying developed components into production. * Provide post-production support for deployed developments. * Develop manuals or guides for implemented solutions to be shared with other teams. * Apply guidelines defined by the Digital Factory, supporting project development under standards and guidelines that ensure high-quality deliverables. * Adhere to the Agile framework in project development, promoting agile principles and values within the team. * Advise the team on technical constraints affecting project development; support communication of key project activities requiring cross-team coordination. * Participate in Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring Reliability teams’ expertise. * Perform monthly reconciliation of external personnel hours reported across Work Orders and work evidence recorded in management tools (Jira/Helix) and code repositories (Bitbucket/Github, Changeman); this responsibility applies exclusively when assuming the Engineering Scrum Master or Kanban Master role. * Consolidate requirements associated with production change requests and verify that information includes sufficient, traceable, and verifiable technical evidence; this responsibility applies exclusively when assuming the Engineering Change Lead of Trust role. * Other duties inherent to the position or contributing to continuous improvement. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
