A well-known textile industry brand is looking for a Store Manager to lead commercial operations and ensure an excellent customer service experience. We seek a dynamic individual with a results orientation, leadership skills, and passion for sales, capable of managing the sales team and contributing to store growth. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily store operations. * Lead and motivate the sales team. * Ensure achievement of sales targets and performance indicators. * Deliver excellent customer service and experience. * Monitor sales, inventory, and store organization. * Manage store opening, closing, and basic administrative control. * Drive commercial strategies and in-store improvement opportunities. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or similar roles in retail/textiles. * Experience leading sales teams. * Knowledge of sales and customer service. * Ability to manage performance metrics and achieve objectives. * Proactivity, leadership, and communication skills. * Availability to work onsite in Piura. **Benefits** * Base salary of S/ 1,700 \+ commissions of S/ 1,000\. * Onboarding bonus of S/ 600 for the first month. * Full payroll registration from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Positive work environment and growth opportunities.
