Opportunity for professional growth **WE ARE LOOKING FOR BRANCH LEADERS AT LIMABLUE!** Limablue, a leading center for comprehensive foot health, is seeking a commercially oriented Store Manager with management capabilities to assume responsibility for branch performance in Lima. This role is not merely operational. We seek an individual who understands the business, drives sales, and guarantees a high-level experience for every patient. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree * Experience: Minimum 1 year in roles involving sales and customer service responsibilities (retail, clinics, or service industries) * Profile: Strong results orientation, ability to close sales, and proficiency in handling performance metrics * Skills: Effective communication, commercial acumen, organizational ability, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency * Availability: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday **Responsibilities:** * Patient experience: Ensure warm, efficient, and professional service from first contact through service completion * Commercial management: Promote sales of clinical services, orthotics, and products, ensuring branch targets are met * Operational control: Cash handling, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and maintaining order at the service point * Customer retention: Proactive follow-up with patients to ensure return visits and continued treatment * Performance outcomes: Achieve key metrics including sales volume, conversion rate, and average transaction value **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday: 7:50 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. * Saturday: 7:50 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. * Branches: San Isidro \- Av. Paz Soldán 225 \| Lince \- Av. Arenales 2055 \| San Miguel \- Av. Parque de las Leyendas 276 \| Los Olivos \- Av. Carlos Izaguirre 1097 **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,800 * Commissions: Between S/ 350 and S/ 1,200 based on performance * Branch target achievement bonus: S/ 500 * Estimated total monthly income: S/ 2,350 to S/ 3,200 * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, CTS, EsSalud, Life Insurance as mandated by law) * Corporate benefits: Discounts on clinic services **Career Development Pathway:** * Opportunity for advancement into roles with greater responsibility within the branch operations structure, based on performance and results **Terms & Conditions:** * Initial 3-month contract, subject to performance-based continuity evaluation Employment Type: Contract-based Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to rotate among branches located in Lince, Los Olivos, San Miguel, and San Isidro? * Do you have experience performing cross-selling at the counter?
