Currently, we are looking for a: SALES SUPERVISOR – BBVA Payroll-Deductible Loans We seek a professional with leadership skills, commercial vision, and goal-oriented mindset, capable of driving growth and development of a sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and monitor monthly sales forecasts and targets, supervising the team’s daily and weekly progress. * Ensure compliance with the product’s credit policies and guidelines. * Analyze and organize the sales team’s daily operations, time allocation, and activities. * Design and implement training and development programs for the sales force. * Provide mentoring, commercial advisory services, and coaching to the team to enhance performance and achieve objectives. * Motivate, develop, and lead the team toward achieving commercial targets. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commercial or Field Sales Supervisor in the financial sector (mandatory). * Experience and knowledge of payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll discount loans. * Experience in customer management and service. * Organized, analytical, proactive profile with excellent interpersonal skills. * Competencies in planning, organization, leadership, and team development. * Knowledge of commercial processes, coaching, and recognition programs. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency.
