Job Summary: We are seeking Telephone Advisors for technical mobile customer service, providing specialized support for device malfunctions, equipment configuration, and managing commercial opportunities. TELEPHONE ADVISORS \- TECHNICAL MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE On-site mode at Piura office WHAT DO WE OFFER? Fixed salary: S/ 1,150 per month (Full time) Retention bonus: S/400 (Fixed for 3 months) Training bonus: S/300 (S/50 per attended day \- 6 training days) Performance-based variable bonus up to S/400 Mobility bonus: S/100 Unlimited commissions Family allowance (if applicable) Full payroll processing from the 1st day of contract AVAILABLE AFTERNOON SHIFT SCHEDULES FULL TIME: Schedules: 12:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. 01:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 02:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 03:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Work schedule: Monday to Sunday with rotating weekly rest days. 6-DAY TRAINING AND 7-DAY OJT \- ON-SITE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide specialized technical support to customers contacting us regarding issues related to mobile telephony service malfunctions, ensuring timely diagnosis and correct problem resolution. Execute line troubleshooting to restore functionality, as well as equipment and network parameter (APN) configuration, guaranteeing an efficient and high-quality service experience. Identify commercial opportunities during interactions, offering new promotions and service enhancements tailored to customer needs, contributing to loyalty and retention. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
