Job Summary: Pollería El Chino Brasas is seeking waiters/hostesses to maintain cleanliness, order, and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers, including order entry and workstation upkeep. Verifying cleanliness and appropriate presentation of the environment Pollería El Chino Brasas is hiring Waiters Below are the job instructions for the Hostess/Waiter position: Compensation: ✔ Salary: S/ 1,671.00 ✔ Food allowance ✔ Payments are made on the 17th and 2nd of each month via BBVA ✔ Statutory benefits: Enrollment in Remype payroll system and formal employment contract from day one. Responsibilities: Verify cleanliness, order, and appropriate presentation of the environment Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service, ensuring quality for the public Enter orders into the system (order tickets) Deliver orders from the kitchen to the customer's table Maintain order and cleanliness at the assigned workstation at all times Respond to service requests within RQ timeframes and perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Working Hours: ✔ Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. ✔ One day off per week (Monday to Thursday).
