Job Summary: We are seeking Runner staff for a restaurant in Miraflores to manage customer service, table setup, cleaning, and restocking of supplies. Key Highlights: 1. What do you need? \- Completion of secondary education. \- Minimum 3–6 months’ experience in customer service or as a Waiter and/or Runner in restaurants or cafés. \- Availability to work in Miraflores. \- Full availability to work rotating shifts. What will you do? * Actively manage the execution of the MOT (Moment of True) by greeting, thanking, and bidding farewell to customers, and delivering excellent service. * Set up tables. * Collect glassware, tableware, and bottles from tables. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas before and after service. * Maintain stock levels of sauces, napkins, and service utensils. * Restock and organize auxiliary stations and/or side tables. * Deliver orders to customers’ tables. * Assist with other tasks assigned by management.
