WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR? * Minimum of 3 months of work experience in call center customer service * Committed, responsible, tolerant, dynamic, and proactive. * Excellent diction and formal communication skills. * Full availability. * Basic Excel and CRM handling. * Availability for a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm with a rotating day off. * 100% management based in Santiago de Surco. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Provide customer service via calls and CHATS. * CRM registration. * Meeting daily targets.
