Requirements: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced or fluent English (mandatory). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Interest in technology, ERP systems, and consulting. * Prior internship experience is desirable. Responsibilities: * Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365\ implementation projects. * Gather business requirements. * Prepare functional documentation and user manuals. * Conduct functional testing (UAT). * Train end users. * Provide functional support to clients across Latin America. * Coordinate with technical and functional teams.
