Job Summary: A digital marketing agency is seeking an organized Community Manager with strong visual judgment for comprehensive social media management and content creation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive social media management (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). 2. Coordination with the design and video editing team. 3. Preparation of monthly performance reports. We are a digital marketing agency specializing in content creation and social media management. We manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts for clients in Peru, operating remotely. We are looking to bring onboard an organized individual with strong visual judgment and enthusiasm to grow alongside our agency. What You’ll Do: * Comprehensive social media management (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) for assigned accounts * Scheduling and publishing content according to the monthly calendar and grid * Responding to messages and comments * Managing Stories and Highlighted Stories * Coordinating with the design and video editing team for asset delivery * Supporting or participating in content production sessions (photos/videos) * Preparing monthly performance reports * Attending periodic virtual meetings with clients and agency leadership * Assisting in identifying new brands and sending portfolios via LinkedIn Requirements * Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields * Must reside in Lima * Prior experience in social media management / community management (intern or junior level) * Strong aesthetic and copywriting sense for social media * Proficiency in Canva * Proactivity, autonomy, and excellent written communication skills * Availability for virtual meetings during business hours Preferred Qualifications (a plus, not mandatory) * Ability to take photos or record content using a smartphone Conditions * **Compensation: PEN 1,500 per month (service invoice)** * **100% remote work, with occasional in-person sessions as required by clients** * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM** Salary: PEN 1,500.00 per month Workplace: Remote employment
