Job Objective Provide timely, friendly, and effective customer service via telephone calls, resolving inquiries, requests, or issues while ensuring an excellent experience in every interaction. Responsibilities * Answer incoming and/or outgoing customer calls. * Provide clear and accurate information about products or services. * Resolve inquiries, complaints, or requests professionally and empathetically. * Accurately record information in internal systems. * Follow up on cases when necessary. * Meet quality, productivity, and service metrics. * Maintain a positive, customer-oriented attitude at all times.
