Job Summary: We are seeking a creative-minded Part-Time Audiovisual Editor to transform raw footage into dynamic and optimized videos for social media, with a strong focus on audience retention. Proficiency in professional video editing software We seek an Audiovisual Editor - Part\-Time with a creative mindset and a strong focus on audience retention for social media (SM). You will be the key person responsible for transforming raw footage into dynamic and optimized video pieces that capture attention from the very first second. We are looking for someone highly organized, passionate about digital trends, and eager to contribute fresh ideas to our team. Main Responsibilities: * Edit videos optimized and ready for publication on SM (TikTok, Reels, etc.). * Prioritize and optimize the first seconds of content to maximize audience retention. * Proactively contribute creative ideas for continuous content improvement. * Prepare and deliver final materials, including both the edited video and its corresponding cover image. Requirements: * Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). * Creative mindset with a clear focus on performance-oriented and retention-driven content creation. * Strong organizational skills, self-management ability, and strict adherence to deadlines. * Availability to work on a Part\-Time basis. Additional Qualifications (Bonus Points): * Prior experience (or a strong portfolio) creating content for brands. * Genuine and visible passion for audiovisual creation and digital trends. * Currently enrolled in programs such as Communications, Photography, Audiovisual Design, or related fields.
