The Hostess will welcome guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, and coordinate with the dining room team to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment guests enter the establishment. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables. * Managing reservations and waiting lists efficiently and systematically. * Coordinating with the dining room and kitchen teams to optimize service flow. * Providing basic information about the menu, promotions, and estimated wait times. * Answering guest calls and inquiries courteously and professionally. * Maintaining order and a professional appearance at the reception area. * Assisting in resolving guest questions or issues during service. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Miraflores **Schedule:** Full-time – Rotating shifts **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields (preferred). * Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or similar positions in restaurants, hotels, or retail establishments. * Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and service orientation. * Ability to handle high-traffic situations with organization and composure. * Skill in coordinating reservations, wait times, and table assignments. * Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively. * Availability to work on-site in Miraflores and on rotating shifts. * Proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
