Positive work environment We are a countryside restaurant located in the northern cone of Lima, specializing in traditional Peruvian cuisine. We are currently looking for a kitchen assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Assist in pre-preparation and cooking of food * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen station with necessary ingredients and utensils for service * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and portioning of products (meats, vegetables, and others) * Prepare and pre-process ingredients * Support inventory control * Follow established food hygiene and safety regulations **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience * Positive attitude and willingness to learn (career path) * Teamwork skills * Must reside in the northern cone of Lima (Puente Piedra, Comas, Carabayllo, Ancón, Ventanilla) * Punctuality and responsibility * Commitment and eagerness to learn * Ability to work under pressure * Basic Office software knowledge (desirable) * Respect for established recipes and procedures * Speed and precision in cutting and portioning * Availability to work on Sundays and holidays **We Offer:** We are a small and medium-sized enterprise (MYPE) and provide the following: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * One day off per week * Meals * Positive work environment * Training opportunities * Career advancement path \* Our location is in the northern cone, Carabayllo (3 minutes from Puente Piedra roundabout) Please send your CV.
