Culture of care and safety for employees Natclar, a leading company in providing Occupational Health Management services for Mining and Industrial Operations and Health Surveillance programs, requires an **Assistive/Occupational Nurse to work under a 14x14 work schedule.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor of Nursing (licensed) * Occupational Health Diploma * Valid BLS and PHTLS certificates * Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the jungle region * Availability for 14x14 work schedule * Serum (Mandatory) * Complete vaccination schedule (Mandatory) due to work location in the jungle * Candidates must reside in Lima or be able to travel to Lima, as flights depart exclusively from this city **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * The assistive nurse reports to and coordinates with the Head of Health * Comply with project standards and regulations * Patient registration, reception, and triage for medical attention * Provide primary care to patients, always maintaining courteous and respectful treatment * Dispensing medications and supporting pharmacy operations * Perform and implement all nursing procedures while adhering to biosafety and quality-of-care standards * Administer physician-prescribed injectables, following the five correct steps and using prescriptions bearing the treating physician’s signature and official stamp * Maintain a daily logbook, which must be handed over to the oncoming shift personnel either daily or during shift change * Properly maintain and manage all assigned equipment across various project areas * Nurses’ team is responsible for inspecting emergency first-aid kits * Cover assigned shifts; immediately report any issues to the Head of Health **BENEFITS:** * Highly competitive salary above market average * Direct payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits * **14x14 work schedule** * **Air transportation from Lima covered by the company** * Corporate discounts * Access to Oncosalud * Salary advances and loans through AIBO * Continuous and job-level-focused training * Employee care through a fair and safety-oriented culture At Natclar, we value and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
