No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training from day one. **Responsibilities** * Provide information and guidance to customers regarding telecommunications services (telephony and internet). * Resolve inquiries and explain the benefits and features of the services. * Guide customers throughout the service process. **Important:** This position **does not involve making sales or closing contracts**.
