Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Systems Engineering or a related field with experience in Level 1/Level 2 technical support for hardware and software installation, configuration, and diagnostics. Warranty management with suppliers We are looking for the best talent to assume the position of **ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT**, located in the Lima Cercado district (Arequipa Avenue, Block 6). **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related Information Technology fields. (Mandatory) · Minimum 2 years of experience as Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical support. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software — Windows and macOS. · Proficiency in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). · Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the project site (Arequipa Avenue, Block 6). **Responsibilities:** · Installation and configuration of software and applications. · Hardware and software diagnostics. · Replacement of components in desktop computers, laptops, projectors, printers, etc. · Formatting of computer equipment. · Removal of spyware that slows down equipment performance. · Replacement or configuration of IP phones or headsets. · Configuration of email accounts, Dropbox, VPN, antivirus, Wi-Fi, and corporate applications on computers and mobile devices. · Diagnostics and replacement of peripherals. · Manage warranties with suppliers. · Perform cloning (Clonezilla — Acronis). · Equipment preparation. **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime starting from Day 1. · Salary above market average. · Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. · Continuous training. · Growth opportunities in technology.
