Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Pharmaceutical Chemist to supervise and train staff on good practices, implement quality systems, and participate in audits, with a proactive and organized profile. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and training on Good Storage Practices. 2. Support in implementation and maintenance of quality systems (GSP/GDP). 3. Participation in internal and external quality audits. PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMIST \* Graduated, licensed, and authorized in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (mandatory) \* Possession of unrestricted pharmacy license \* Experience in pharmacies or the healthcare sector is desirable \* Familiarity with current sanitary regulations: GSP and GDP is desirable \* Proficiency in Windows and basic Office applications \* Profile: proactive, responsible, organized, and analytical Main Responsibilities: \* Train and supervise warehouse staff on Good Storage Practices \* Report changes in work methods, procedures, and applicable regulations \* Support implementation and maintenance of GSP and GDP systems \* Participate in internal and external quality audits \* Maintain up-to-date physical and digital records \* Assist with client communications (quotations, contracts, and documentation) \* Other duties assigned by the Technical Director Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,600\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
