A prominent industrial sector company is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of **ANALYTICAL DEVELOPMENT ANALYST**, to be based in AREQUIPA CITY.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, and/or related fields
* Minimum 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical or related laboratories within Research and Development areas.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
* Proficiency in laboratory equipment.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop, update, and maintain procedures and instructions related to Analytical Development activities within the R\+D department.
* Perform physicochemical and volumetric analyses of raw materials, products under development, and finished products, in accordance with established procedures.
* Conduct instrumental analyses using **UV spectrophotometry, atomic absorption, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and gas chromatography (GC)**.
* Perform analyses using laboratory equipment such as **analytical balance, automatic titrator, potentiometer, and water bath**, ensuring proper usage and accurate recording of results.
* Participate in the **validation and development of analytical techniques**, conducting corresponding analyses and evaluations to ensure reliability and applicability.
* Perform organoleptic and physicochemical analyses of flagship, innovative, and developmental products, recording and interpreting obtained results.
* Participate in the analytical evaluation and monitoring of **trial batches, industrial pilot batches, and industrial batches** during product development and reformulation.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to analyses, results, and Analytical Development activities, preparing corresponding technical reports.
