Description
Summary:
This role involves engaging student leaders to establish new university Chapters, leveraging sales and outreach skills to drive real impact.
Highlights:
1. Connect students to the MEDLIFE mission with real impact
2. Utilize strong persuasion and follow-up discipline
3. Opportunity to make a difference in healthcare, education, and housing
At MEDLIFE, we partner with low\-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve access to healthcare, education, and safe housing — powered by student\-led university Chapters. Your job is to turn interested student leaders into founders of brand\-new Chapters at universities that don't have one yet.
This is sales — outreach, pipeline, follow\-up, conversion — but every conversation opens a door to real impact.
**What you'll do**
* Reach out to student leaders through email, calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
* Start warm conversations that connect students to the MEDLIFE mission.
* Qualify interest, handle objections, and guide leads toward launching a Chapter.
* Follow up with discipline so strong opportunities don't go cold.
* Keep your pipeline clean in HubSpot: activity, outcome, next step.
**You're a fit if you have**
* Strong C1–C2 English (interviews may be in English).
* 6–12\+ months in sales, SDR/BDR, outreach, recruitment, admissions, or fundraising.
* Energy, persuasion, and follow\-up discipline — and the grit to handle rejection.
* A real reason to care about access to healthcare, education, and opportunity.
**This is not for you if** you want a low\-pressure sales job, prefer admin over live conversations, or aren't comfortable being measured by conversion.
**How we work — the MEDLIFE Standard:** move fast with good judgment (Fire), improve from feedback (Growth), and act with integrity in every conversation (Impeccable Character).
