Support Engineer (Electronic Engineer)

Job Summary: OLC INGENIEROS is seeking a Support Engineer for electronic-electrical solutions in data centers, responsible for tracking, reporting, updates, and technical support to clients. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the Support Engineer position. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- University degree in Electronic Engineering. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. \- Experience in document management. \- Preferably experience working for service providers to public and private enterprises. \- Technical experience with UPS, precision air conditioning units, and/or diesel generator sets. \- Knowledge of AutoCAD. \- Driver's license (desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Track work orders. * Prepare reports and/or service reports for assigned tasks. * Update electrical diagrams and/or documentation related to contracts and/or purchase orders. * Assist in developing work plans for contracts. * Commission electronic and electromechanical equipment. * Provide customer support/training on manufacturers' monitoring platforms. * Coordinate resources to fulfill scheduled activities. * Track the status of measurement instruments used in field activities. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests. * Comply with company safety regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration \- Being part of the industry-leading company \- Private health insurance (EPS) \- Ongoing training **Join the industry-leading company and become part of our outstanding team!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Questions: \* How many years of experience do you have as an Electronic Technician? * Please describe your experience with UPS: * What are your salary expectations? * The workplace is in Puente Piedra — do you agree? * Do you hold a nationally issued professional title? * Are you available to travel to various service locations as required? * Please list your knowledge of power electronics Work Location: On-site employment
