Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to review, reconcile, prepare tax settlements and financial statements, and manage accounting documentation. Key Highlights: 1. EPS covered at 100% On behalf of our client, a multinational company specializing in consulting and outsourcing, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **Accounting Analyst**. ***What requirements must I meet?*** * Degree in Accounting. Registered and licensed accountant. * Minimum 02 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Experience in outsourcing companies, or managing accounting processes for multiple companies simultaneously (mandatory). * Experience in tax settlement preparation, financial statement generation, and payroll calculation. * Knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and local accounting and tax regulations (preferred). * Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Odoo. * An intermediate level of English is required for this position. If you understood this, you're on the right path! ***What will be my responsibilities?*** * Review and approve accounting entries, ensuring their integrity, reasonableness, and compliance with current regulations. * Perform account reconciliations and analyses, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrections when necessary. * Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax legislation. * Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, both for local accounting and for consolidation of information with the parent company. * Manage and safeguard accounting documentation, ensuring its organization and availability for audits or inquiries. * Support additional tasks assigned by Management. ***What benefits will I receive?*** * Belong to a company with presence in 05 countries. * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory benefits under the General Corporate Regime. * EPS covered at 100% Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience preparing FS, SIRE, and knowledge of IFRS? * Do you have experience with any ERP system, especially in the accounting module? * Do you have experience in Accounting Firms or Consulting Firms, managing multiple companies?
