




Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial leader to drive electric vehicle sales in Peru, develop a national network of representatives, and expand the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Our mission is to reduce operational costs for organizations through robust, scalable, and economically viable electric mobility platforms for Latin America. We are currently seeking a commercial leader capable of driving sales in Peru and developing a national network of commercial representatives. Responsibilities: \* Develop and execute the national commercial strategy. \* Generate direct sales of vehicles and fleets. \* Recruit, train, and coordinate commercial representatives across different states of Mexico. \* Identify distributors, strategic partners, and channel opportunities. \* Build relationships with enterprises, municipal governments, and fleet operators. \* Participate in events, trade shows, and demand-generation activities. \* Coordinate commercial follow-up from prospect to closing. \* Achieve sales and territorial expansion targets. Desired Profile: \* Proven experience selling vehicles, fleets, or commercial equipment. \* Preferred experience with utility vehicles, light commercial vehicles, transportation, machinery, or industrial equipment. \* Experience building and leading commercial teams or representative networks. \* Knowledge of the Mexican market and ability to open new territories. \* Ability to negotiate with medium- and large-sized enterprises. \* Excellent communication skills and results orientation. \* Willingness to travel.
