Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday (2:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and remote on Saturdays (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) On-site workplace: Surquillo \- Ref: OV. Higuereta\- Cabitos station Responsibilities: Make calls to confirm appointments. Use Excel for tracking statistics, schedules, and coordination. Provide efficient and effective customer service. Follow call scripts (prior training provided). Stay updated on company products and services.
