Continuous training Location: Lima (on-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST Language: English B2+ or C1 Job Description We are looking for a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to support end-to-end management of legal cases related to workers’ compensation. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the legal field and can handle high case volumes with accuracy. Responsibilities * Manage workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution. * Review medical records and identify relevant information for case strategy. * Coordinate medical treatment and communication among all involved parties. * Meet legal deadlines and maintain complete and accurate case files. * Perform administrative tasks and data entry. * Support processes related to labor regulations and legal procedures. Requirements * 1 year of experience in workers’ compensation, local experience acceptable. * Experience with U.S. workers’ compensation systems—especially California—is preferred. * English B2+ or C1. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to serve Spanish-speaking clients and work internally in English.
