




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to perform data registration and validation, document organization, and general administrative support within the department. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the warehouse department and report generation We are Transporte365, and we are looking for top talent to join us as a DATA ENTRY CLERK. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration or related fields * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience as a data entry clerk * SAP knowledge (preferred) * Availability to work in La Molina **Responsibilities:** * **Registration and data entry of intake and exit forms into the system** * Validation of entered data to ensure information accuracy * Organization and archiving of documents in sequential order * Coordination with the warehouse department to address requests * Verification and control of stock levels in the system versus physical inventory * Support in periodic inventory counts * Generation of basic Excel reports * Tracking of orders and merchandise movements * General administrative support for the department **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (MYPE regime) * Market-competitive salary * Excellent working environment **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** **Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.** **Interested?
