A food manufacturing company is seeking a DATA ENTRY CLERK for the **Invoicing Department**, preferably with a technical background in Accounting, Administration, or Computer Science. **Requirements** **\- Female candidates aged 20 to 25** \- **Typing speed and accuracy (MANDATORY)** \- **Proficiency in Electronic Invoicing systems** \- **Intermediate Excel skills.** \- **Knowledge and experience in preparing Invoices, Shipping Guides, and Credit Notes (Sunat regulations).** **\- Minimum 1 year of experience in invoicing or similar functions.** **\- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers, sales representatives, and colleagues.** **Responsibilities** \- Issue **invoices, receipts, shipping guides, and credit notes within the system**. \- **Process scheduled customer orders** according to the daily schedule. \- Process **sales representatives’ orders**, deliver the system-generated consolidated order report to the warehouse, and generate corresponding documents. \- **Register and cancel credits** in the sales system. \- **Maintain order and track issued documentation.** \- Provide support in administrative tasks. **Benefits** \- Performance bonuses of S/ 100\-200. \- Positive workplace atmosphere and teamwork. \- Training on the company’s sales system. \- 100% covered lunch. \- Job stability.
