We are currently seeking a **self-managed E-commerce Analyst** to join as the key player and first specialist in one of our assigned business verticals, collaborating with a multinational team. **Your mission in this role** As the E-commerce Analyst, you will be the person who makes things happen in the digital operations of our accounts. You will implement solutions on platforms, analyze results, and propose concrete growth actions. You will serve as the liaison point between the client, Patagonia, and partners, ensuring every initiative progresses with quality and meets committed timelines. **What you will do:** * Implement and manage catalog, content, and configurations on e-commerce and marketplace platforms (Vtex, Shopify, Mercado Libre, among others). * Execute bulk uploads and adjustments in Excel when no integrator is available to automate them. * Analyze clients' e-commerce data and results, and prepare corresponding reporting. * Propose growth ideas and actions based on data analysis and in-depth knowledge of each account’s business. * Track implementation projects and digital initiatives, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Act as the liaison point between the client, Patagonia, and partners, facilitating initiative prioritization. * Capture incidents and expectations from all parties, aligning operations with the client’s business objectives. **What we are looking for in you:** Essential requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Business, or related fields (or equivalent demonstrable experience). * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in e-commerce, operating directly on platforms and marketplaces. * Cross-functional understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem: digital marketing, analytics, operations, and technology. * Understanding of platform integration logic (catalog, inventory, orders, logistics) to manually resolve non-automated tasks. * Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data cross-referencing. * Practical experience in platform implementation, digital analytics, and execution of growth actions.
