Job Summary: We are seeking a recruitment and selection freelancer to manage mass hiring processes and attract talent. Key Highlights: 1. Candidate database generation and job posting 2. Resume screening, phone screening, and social media management 3. Applicant tracking and interview scheduling We are a consulting firm specialized in Human Talent Management services. We are currently looking for 01 Mass Recruitment and Selection Freelancer with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** University studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields (completed, ongoing, or incomplete). Minimum 03 months of experience conducting mass operational recruitment processes and working with virtual and in-person recruitment sources. Proficiency in job boards and mastery of social media talent attraction strategies (MANDATORY). **RESPONSIBILITIES** Generate proprietary candidate databases for mass hiring processes. Post job openings on various platforms. Conduct resume and phone screenings according to the required profile. Manage personal social media accounts as a talent attraction tool. Schedule interviews with pre-selected applicants. Track applicants at each stage of the process. **BENEFITS** Commission per recruited and hired candidate.
