Position Summary: We are seeking a General Project Coordinator for the OYM project to ensure work quality and continuity, coordinate logistics and technical personnel, and prevent incidents in fiber optic networks. Preventive maintenance of fiber optic networks Our client, a leading company in projects and construction, has entrusted us with identifying the best professional for the position of: GENERAL COORDINATOR, OYM PROJECT **Requirements:** \- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. \-\- Intermediate Office skills \- Fiber optic networks (infrastructure, splicing, OTDR testing, maintenance). ● Technical drawings, routes, and diagrams. \- Management of technical personnel in the field. \- Operational tracking tools and report generation. \- Occupational safety and health (SST) and field safety. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical or operational coordination roles. **Responsibilities:** \- Ensure quality, continuity, and traceability of completed work. \- Efficiently coordinate logistics and availability of technical staff. \- Prevent operational incidents or recurring failures through technical monitoring. \- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for fiber optic networks and telecommunications nodes, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. \- Supervise team members overseeing field technical crews, guaranteeing correct execution of work per technical procedures and client-specified safety standards. \- Manage logistical and material resources, coordinating dispatch and return of equipment, tools, and supplies required for scheduled activities. \- Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities or work performed and requested by the client via technical reports and photographic records. \- Coordinate with operations, NOC, and clients to ensure proper service deactivation/reactivation during maintenance windows or service disruptions affecting the client's network. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits \- Market-competitive salary \- Pleasant working environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,800\.00 per month Work location: Remote
