




Job Summary: You will provide comprehensive technical support to workstations, servers, and users, managing hardware, software, and IT services in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive hardware and software technical support. 2. Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration. 3. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Join our YANG ZU family: Provide on-site technical support for workstations (PCs and laptops) at the office. · Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures. · Replace or swap computer components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and other parts. · Administer the local domain environment on Windows Server 2022: user management, policies, and shared resources. · Manage local backups (backups) from the central server. · Administer corporate email accounts and Office licenses in Microsoft 365. · Provide on-site technical assistance at the main office and remote support to users at other locations using appropriate tools. · Configure local and network printers; diagnose and resolve hardware failures. · Document incidents, applied solutions, and technical procedures. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PCs, laptops, and printers. · Review and configure mobile devices (smartphones and tablets). · Level 2 support. · Level 3 support preferred. Technical Requirements: · Knowledge of Windows Server 2022 and LAN networks. · Proficiency in Windows 11 operating system. · Basic or intermediate proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer). · Experience configuring printers (local and network). · Ability to clearly document technical processes and incidents. · Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 admin portal.
