We are MISKY PERU, a family-owned provider of perishable goods, pursuing growth and expansion; therefore, we are seeking a professional to take charge of the billing department, as well as financial analysis and proposals for continuous improvement. Additionally, the candidate must possess a growth-oriented vision and knowledge of marketing. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Conduct training sessions for staff (Data Entry Operator 1 and Data Entry Operator 2\) \- Continuously review and verify work performed by staff \- Prepare payroll, submit deductions to staff, etc. \- Plan and execute marketing activities for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. \- Plan and organize daily tasks considering staff working hours and daily workload. \- Identify and contact new suppliers. \- Identify potential customers. \- Support planning and printing activities related to production and transportation departments. \- Collaborate with staff to establish customer pricing. \- Conduct weekly price comparisons and publish results. \- Prepare monthly income statements and perform analysis. \- Propose ideas for holiday celebrations. \- Follow up with the accountant on the points mentioned above. \- Organize drives and folders. \- Manage accounts receivable. \- Prepare weekly reports and improvement proposals. \- Send requirements and related functions **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. \* Minimum 8 months of experience in similar roles. \* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. \* Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting. \* Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP is desirable. \* Analytical ability and results orientation. **BENEFITS:** \* Timely and monthly payments.
