Opportunity to support operational scaling and collaborate with teams **Legal Support Specialist – Pre\-Litigation Support** Remote Schedule: * Shift: 8:00 to 6:00pm EST Monday to Friday **Job description:** The Legal Support Specialist is a core part of the Pre\-Litigation Support function and plays a critical role. This position provides foundational case support to ensure files are accurately prepared, properly organized, and ready to move efficiently through the pipeline. LST team members focus on precision, consistency, and correct execution of defined intake\-level and administrative tasks. While they do not independently manage cases, they support Case Managers and PODs by completing essential early\-stage work in SmartAdvocate, following WorkPlans exactly, and ensuring all documentation and data meet firm standards. This role operates within a structured workflow environment, contributes to long\-term operational scaling (six\-month planning horizon), and requires close coordination with onboarding and IT teams to ensure system readiness. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct intake\-level case setup tasks in SmartAdvocate, ensuring accurate creation and verification of all parties and case information * Request police reports and initial investigative documents, tracking statuses and ensuring timely follow\-through * Upload, label, and properly index all incoming documentation in SmartAdvocate per firm standards * Draft and send standard correspondence using approved templates * Execute assigned WorkPlan tasks exactly as written, ensuring compliance with process requirements * Identify and flag missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information to the assigned Case Manager or Team Lead * Maintain accurate, clean, compliant electronic files throughout all assigned tasks * Communicate clearly and professionally with Case Managers regarding needed clarifications or missing data * Support workflow continuity in the broader pre\-litigation pipeline by ensuring tasks are completed on schedule * Collaborate with onboarding/IT teams to confirm proper system setup and escalate technical access issues as needed **Qualifications**: * At least 1 year Experience in legal support, intake, administrative workflows, or similar structured operational environments. * Personal Injury experience is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document handling * Familiarity with case management systems (SmartAdvocate preferred) or ability to learn new systems quickly * Ability to follow structured processes, checklists, and WorkPlans without deviation * Professional communication skills for collaboration with Case Managers and internal stakeholders * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within a standardized workflow * Comfort with technology. \#Reclutamiento25 Job Type: Contract Application Question(s): * ¿Cómo calificarías tu nivel de inglés conversacional de 1 a 10? * ¿Cuál es tu aspiración salarial en soles?
