We are currently seeking 01 Mass Recruitment and Selection Freelancer with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** University studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related fields (completed, ongoing, or incomplete). Minimum 3 months’ experience conducting mass operational selection processes and sourcing candidates via virtual and in-person channels. Proficiency in job boards and expertise in social media-based talent attraction strategies (MANDATORY). **RESPONSIBILITIES** Build proprietary candidate databases for mass hiring processes. Post job openings on various platforms. Conduct resume and telephone screenings aligned with required profiles. Manage personal social media accounts as a talent attraction tool. Schedule interviews with preselected applicants. Track applicants at each stage of the process. **BENEFITS** Commission per recruited and hired candidate.
