Position Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist Instructor to deliver a training course on monitoring and evaluation within the SINAPLAN framework, develop training materials, and respond to participant inquiries. Respond to technical inquiries from public sector participants **Instituto de Capacitación en Ingeniería E.I.R.L.**, a leading provider of government training services, is seeking a top-tier **Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist Instructor** to deliver a training course for the public sector (PNSU \- MVCS) under state contracting modality. **Minimum Mandatory Requirements (TDR Profile):** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree holder with professional license in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. * **Specialization:** Certification in Public Management, Strategic Planning, or Public Policy. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in the public or private sector conducting monitoring and evaluation activities for plans, programs, or projects within the **SINAPLAN (CEPLAN)** framework. * **Teaching Experience:** Prior teaching hours in similar subjects, documented via certificates or contracts (minimum 12 verifiable clock hours). **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and deliver the course curriculum: *“Monitoring and Evaluation within the SINAPLAN Framework”*. * Prepare academic materials, methodological guidelines, and relevant assessments. * Respond to technical inquiries from public entity participants. **Benefits and Conditions:** * **Modality:** Virtual / Remote. * **Workload:** 12 clock hours (per the schedule specified in the requirement). * **Contract Type:** Service provision contract (Professional Fees). * **Compensation:** Competitive, aligned with the state consultancy market and instructor profile.
