We operate two cafés in Lima and are looking for a: Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastelería, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you are passionate about pastry-making, here you won’t just work—you’ll also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation of doughs and bases for cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. \- Production of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. \- Assembling, baking, and decorating cakes and desserts. \- Processing and rounding doughs; preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Assembling sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). \- Coating and decorating nougats and special products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or pastry shop (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy. Conditions and Benefits: \- Work location: Miraflores. \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (30-minute break). \- Salary according to experience: S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,400 gross \- PYME payroll with all statutory benefits: bonus, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), vacation pay. \- 30% discount on Patty products. \- Opportunity for growth and annual performance review with potential salary increase.
