We seek a **Product Analyst** to contribute to the evolution of our platform, ensuring that business needs are translated into high-impact functional solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. * Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. * Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Design and execute functional tests, as well as participate in UAT. * Validate that developments meet defined requirements. * Log and track functional incidents. * Maintain up-to-date product documentation. * Provide functional support to Development, Implementation, Support, and Commercial teams. * Collaborate with the Product Manager on product prioritization and evolution. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **3 to 5 years** of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Functional QA, or similar roles. * Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and software validation. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum). * Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365\. * Knowledge of test case design and functional testing. * Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and Postman is desirable. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving and improvement proposal capability. **We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity to participate in innovative technology projects. * Professional development and continuous training. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
