We operate two cafés in Lima and are looking for a: Senior Pastry Assistant – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastelería, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you are passionate about pastry-making, here you will not only work—you will also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation of doughs and bases for cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. \- Preparation of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. \- Assembly, baking, and decoration of cakes and desserts. \- Processing and rounding doughs; preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Assembling sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). \- Coating and decorating nougats and specialty products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or pastry shop (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry-making or gastronomy.
