SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: * Responsible and committed. * Dynamic and proactive. * Quick learner. * Proficient in Excel at user level. * Competency-based interview skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Initial candidate engagement * Calling candidates * Scheduling interviews for the required profile * Interview follow-up and tracking * Supporting training attendance and onboarding REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. * Studies in Administration or Psychology and/or related fields (not mandatory). * Proactivity and teamwork. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. * Access to equipment for remote work (Laptop or PC) WE OFFER: * HR support for the first 3 months * Salary: S/1130 \+ Productivity bonus S/150 * Schedule: M\-S: 11 a.m. \- 8 p.m. * Positive work environment * 100% remote work Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,280\.00 per month Work location: Remote
