Job Summary: We are seeking a multichannel sales executive to optimize and manage sales processes, ensuring effective and personalized results for our customers. Key Highlights: 1. Career path opportunity We are a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) specialized in multichannel sales. We optimize and manage our clients’ sales processes through physical and virtual channels, guaranteeing effective and personalized results. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of call center sales experience, preferably in telecommunications products. * Availability to work from home Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Fixed rest day on Sundays. * A computer or laptop with Windows 10 or 11 operating system, Intel i3 processor or equivalent (or higher), and at least 4GB RAM. Wired internet connection (minimum speed: 30 Mbps). * AnyDesk installed. Webcam and headphones with USB port or dual-input jack. **Functions:** * Call customers from other operators to encourage switching to MOVISTAR via exclusive benefits. **Pre-employment Training:** * Training (5 days): S/.20 per day\= S/.100 total **TRAINING SCHEDULE:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM * OJT (5 days) **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the General Regime (CTS, bonus payments, ESSALUD, family allowance, etc.). * Fixed monthly salary of S/.1,130\. * Unlimited commissions (activated starting from the 21st sale\). * Internet bonus for attendance: 1st and 2nd month: S/.80; from the 3rd month onward: S/.100\. * Payments made at month-end (commissions credited the following month after performance). * Career path Application Question(s): * Do you have completed secondary education? * How old are you? * Are you available to work from home Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM? * Do you have a computer, headphones, and internet access? * Do you have 6 months of call center or portability sales experience? * Do you accept a fixed salary of S/.1,130\+ internet bonus\+ commissions?
