Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst for consulting and outsourcing services, responsible for reconciliations, approval of accounting entries, preparation of financial statements, and tax settlements. On behalf of our client—a multinational company specializing in consulting and outsourcing—we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **Senior Accounting Analyst.** ***What requirements must I meet?*** * Degree in Accounting. Registered and licensed with the professional association. * Experience in outsourcing firms or managing accounting processes for multiple companies simultaneously (mandatory). * Minimum two (2) years of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Odoo. * Experience in tax settlement preparation and financial statement generation. * Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and local accounting and tax regulations (preferred). * An intermediate level of English is required for this position. If you understood this, you're on the right path! ***What will be my responsibilities?*** * Perform account reconciliations and analyses, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrections when necessary. * Review and approve accounting entries, ensuring their integrity, reasonableness, and compliance with applicable regulations. * Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, both for local accounting purposes and for consolidation of information with the parent company. * Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax legislation. * Manage and safeguard accounting documentation, ensuring its organization and availability for audits or inquiries. * Support in additional tasks assigned by Management. ***What benefits will I receive?*** * Statutory benefits under the General Corporate Regime. * Employment with a company operating in five (5) countries. * A paid day off on your birthday. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * 100% coverage of health insurance (EPS). * Early Friday departures during summer.
