Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Support Assistants with experience in operating system, peripheral, and network maintenance and configuration. Key Highlights: 1. You will assist in connecting computers to computer networks On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for: **(4) Technical Support Assistant - Remote - Project-Based** **What are we looking for?** * Technicians or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Specialist. * Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) * Knowledge of peripheral device installation and configuration * Knowledge and/or experience with PDAs (e.g., barcode scanners). (Desirable) **What will be your challenges?** * Windows operating system configuration * Performing logical and physical maintenance of computers, printers, and laptops * Printer configuration * Peripheral device installation and configuration * Configuration and connection of computers to computer networks * Performing user data backups * Validating installers for applications * Recording company sales transactions * Conducting inventories **What do we offer?** * Full payroll enrollment under the General Regime at 100% coverage by the consulting firm * **Work Modality:** Remote * **Contract Duration:** Fixed-term period of **3 to 4 months** (project-based / seasonal). * **Compensation:** S/ 1500 (gross salary), non-negotiable. * **Working Hours**: * **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00/6:00 PM (complying with the legal requirement of 48 weekly hours).
