Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to configure operating systems, perform equipment and peripheral device maintenance, and manage data backups. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support experience with Windows and Linux operating systems 2. Operating system configuration and equipment maintenance 3. 3- to 4-month project On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for: **(4) Technical Support Assistant - Remote - Project** **What are we looking for?** * Technicians or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Specialist. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) * Knowledge of peripheral device installation and configuration * Knowledge and/or experience using PDAs (similar to barcode scanners). (Desirable) **What will be your responsibilities?** * Windows operating system configuration * Logical and physical maintenance of computers, printers, and laptops * Printer configuration * Peripheral device installation and configuration * Computer configuration and connection to computer networks * Perform user data backups * Validate installers in applications * Record company sales transactions * Conduct inventories **What do we offer?** * Full payroll inclusion under the general regime at 100% by the consulting firm * **Work modality:** Remote * **Contract duration:** Fixed-term contract of **3 to 4 months** (project-/season-based). * **Compensation:** S/ 1500 (gross salary), non-negotiable. * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5/6 p.m. (complying with the legal requirement of 48 weekly working hours).
