Our culture is built on excellence, a startup mindset, and collaboration—we believe people are at the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to lead, define, and promote the use of data architectures and reference patterns aligned with agile and Enterprise Architecture principles. You will serve as a technically visible strategic reference to ensure efficient, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Design and update** the corporate data architecture (AS-IS and TO-BE), aligned with Enterprise Architecture frameworks. * **Define guidelines** and best practices for data warehouse, data lake, and analytics platform management. * **Lead the future data vision**, identifying technological gaps and developing 3–5 year projected work plans. * **Validate architecture designs** for technology initiatives, overseeing compliance with standards prior to production deployment. * **Facilitate mentoring** and training on architecture principles for Technology and Business units. **What are we looking for?** **Technical Competencies:** * **Cloud Ecosystem:** Advanced expertise in **Microsoft Azure** and **Google Cloud (GCP)**. * **Data Management \& ETL:** Solid experience with Apache NiFi, ODI, Stambia, and MS SQL Integration Services. * **Databases:** Multi-environment experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB and Cassandra. * **Big Data:** Knowledge of **Apache Kafka** and large-scale data architectures. * **Reference Frameworks:** Essential knowledge of **TOGAF** and **DAMA**. * **Methodologies:** Experience with agile frameworks such as **SAFe** or **Scrum**. **Required Experience:** * Minimum **7 years** in Data Engineering or Data Management leadership roles. * Minimum **2 years** of specific experience working as a Data Architect. **Education:** * **Bachelor's degree** in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. **Soft Skills:** * Information analysis using critical and systemic thinking. * Effective communication at all levels, with ability to translate technical requirements into business language. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. **What do we offer?** * **Full Flexibility:** Hybrid work model adapted to the project (Miraflores, Lima). * **Real Growth:** Career path based on performance and seniority. * **Feedback-Driven Culture:** Close mentorship and continuous learning. * **Direct Impact:** Participation in cutting-edge projects within a leading mass-consumption organization. * **Benefits:** Specialized staffing / staff augmentation contract. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real experience?** If you are motivated by a culture of continuous improvement and want to lead transformation from the data architecture perspective, submit your updated CV and let’s talk. **At DIGITALHUB, we believe people are the engine of transformation.** Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in the requested profile? * What is your monthly salary expectation in Peruvian soles (S/)? * Do you agree with the hybrid work model (in-person in Lima)? * Do you hold certifications relevant to this profile? * What is your availability to start your new position?
